HOW TO PREPARE

Application

In the resume, be specific about what you did, why it mattered, and quantify if possible. Write with clarity. See an example resume here

Group Interview

  • Contribute meaningfully, listen closely, and build on the strongest ideas in the room.
  • Help the group make progress when the problem feels ambiguous.
  • Avoid dominating the conversation. Strong collaboration leaves space for others.

Individual Interview

  • Structure your thinking before jumping to an answer.
  • Communicate your reasoning clearly and ask clarifying questions when they are useful.
  • Treat the conversation collaboratively. We care about how you think, not just where you land.
